EAM6000 Compact handle fitting machine for steel handles
The bucket handle fitting machine will be placed next to the injection molding machine that produces the buckets. The buckets are linear transported one by one trough the machine. First the bucket is centred and oriented, then at the same position the bucket is provided with a steel handle. Next, the bucket is automatically stacked. The piles are then exported to a roller conveyor. The steel rods and plastic grip must be manually placed in a buffer.
The handle unit consists of a central rod transport, a plastic grip supply, knob shaper an a modular handle shaper. First of all, the plastic grip will be placed arround the steel rod. After this the knob is formed on each end of the steel rod. After this, the rods will be shaped in steps into the desired curved form. A mounting unit mounts the handle to the bucket.
The machine is symmetrical and can therefore be used on both sides of the injection molding machine (swivel arm for touch screen is available for this purpose)
